Our Primary Seven students were delighted to travel in recent weeks to the South West College, Technology and Skills Centre, Enniskillen for the Skill Build Regional Final Competition: College Showcase.
This gifted our students an opportunity to share in an event where the best and brightest apprentices from across the region showcased their talents and skills in the construction trades. It was a day filled with thrilling competitions, inspiring demonstrations and hands-on experience which will, hopefully, enable our young people have an increased awareness, insight and appreciation for the world of construction. We very much trust, too, that it will build on the skills, talent and interest demonstrated by our students across a range of the STEM subjects, as they transition to their respective secondary schools, in the time ahead.
We convey a most sincere word of thanks to Supriya, Michelle, Tom, Jennifer and all your colleagues and students at SWC, for a wonderful day of learning and inspiration.
