The whole school community of St Mary’s send our collective congratulations and very best wishes to our Primary Six pupil - Sean Flanagan - as he graced the hallowed turf of Croke Park, in recent weeks!
Sean was selected by Cumann na mBunscol Fhearmanach to play on the national stage in Croke Park in the Respect GAA/INTO Exhibition game at half-time during the recent All-Ireland Hurling Semi-Final between Limerick and Galway. As Sean lined out at Uimhir a Dó for Limerick, he represented his family, school, club and county with the utmost distinction and honour; we are all so very proud of him.
May Saturday, 8th July 2023 hold many cherished and special memories for Sean and his lovely family, always...
