The children and staff of St Mary’s primary school, welcomed a very special visitor to the school today. Fr Alwill celebrates his 70th birthday this week and we were delighted to join him in this celebration. All the children signed a special card made by Mrs Rice and Mr Kavanagh provided some birthday music!
The surprise was rounded off with some yummy birthday cake for Fr Alwill.
We hope Fr Alwill enjoys his special day, we certainly enjoyed having him here with us.
