Primary 5 receive fire safety training

A big thank you to David, from Lisnaskea fire station, who visited Primary 5 in December, to educate them on the hazards and risks around the home, which may cause a fire.

We discussed the increase in electrical fires and how to prevent them, along with a fire escape route, prevention strategies and sharing experiences that made us so aware that most fires ARE preventable and it’s up to all of us to keep ourselves safe.

We each received an information park, full of useful tips to help us to be FIRE SAFE!
