Congratulations to all involved in the great success of defending the St Aidan's title, on 25th September. An extremely enjoyable day was had by all, in the glorious sunshine and surroundings of St Aidan's Derrylin.
Following some excellent football, we qualified for the final against St Mary's Mullymesker.
It is surely true to say that we saved our best performance to last, as the children played with skill, courage and determination, to end up comfortable victors for the second year running!
A huge thank you to all who came to support the team and to our staff, who accompanied the children to the competition. This was a fantastic start to our sporting year, boding well for future competitions.
A special word of thanks to all at St Aidan's, for the high level of diligence that was shown in preparing and running the event. It was much appreciated!
